Relationships and Fundraising Manager

Land Search and Rescue – Auckland, North Island

Land Search and Rescue is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Fundraising Manager to lead the development and execution of our fundraising strategy. This is a pivotal role focused on building and maintaining partnerships with high net worth individuals and corporate sponsors, ensuring a sustainable and diversified funding stream for our vital community services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated fundraising strategies and plans
• Identify, approach, and engage high net worth individuals and corporate sponsors
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships to advance fundraising objectives
• Work on impactful fundraising campaigns and initiatives
• Research and apply for suitable grants and funding opportunities
• Oversee and grow the regular individual giving programme
• Support group fundraising for large capital projects
• Provide expert advice on fundraising and donor management

About You

Note that this role is working remotely, and can be based anywhere; however a preference may be given to Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.
