About This Role
As a Business Development Manager , you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth and building strong partnerships with hospitality operators across North Canterbury — from Rangiora and Amberley to Kaikōura and beyond. Your mission? Deliver mutually beneficial growth plans and ensure flawless execution that elevates both our partners and DB’s presence in the region.
You’ll bring a deep understanding of our brands, your customers, and their consumers, using cutting-edge sales and marketing tools to create tailored strategies for every venue. Passionate and driven, you’ll own your territory — spotting new opportunities for DB pourage, onboarding fresh accounts, and nurturing them into long‑term success stories.
About You
The hospitality industry is both dynamic and fast‑paced; to thrive in this role, you must be a passionate and driven self‑starter with the ability to connect effectively both internally and externally. Your previous customer management roles should demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for understanding the unique needs of customers and their consumers, a proven track record of achieving commercial results, and delivering with excellence.
