Project Manager | Civil

We are partnered with a South Island owned and operated civil contractor looking for a Project Manager to lead their Major Projects across the Otago Region including : Alexandra, Cromwell, & Queenstown.

The role will cover projects across large scale earthworks, 3 waters / drainage, roading, infrastructure, etc.

We are looking for someone who is motivated and driven and is experienced in successfully delivering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation to completion. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate and create strong relationships with all stakeholders – clients, subcontractors, and internal personal for seamless project delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, NZ 3910, and environmental regulations.
• Provide clear and concise progress reports to stakeholders.
