We're seeking reliable, compassionate, and proactive Support Workers to join our team in the Kāpiti Coast on a part-time basis. If you live locally and have your own transport, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

You'll be working one-on-one with our Kiritaki | Clients , helping them maintain independence and actively participate in their communities. This may include assisting with personal care, daily routines, mobility, household tasks, and community engagement.

We also have opportunities for short-notice cover shifts , perfect if you're flexible and can be available at short notice.

Current Shifts Available

Weekdays

Monday morning : 7.30am to 12.30pm.
Tuesday 10am to 1pm.
Thursday 10am to 1pm.
Friday morning 9am to 11am.
Weekday covers.

Weekends

Saturday : 11am to 6pm and 5pm to 5.30pm.

Sunday : 4pm to 5.30pm and 5pm to 5.30pm.

What We're Looking For

Live in the Kāpiti region .

Have a full drivers licence and reliable vehicle .

Entitled to work in Aotearoa | New Zealand .

Honest, adaptable, and motivated to learn.

Willing to complete online training modules .

Clear communication skills in English .

Nice to Have (but not essential)

Possession of a Health and Wellbeing qualification (or equivalent) is advantageous.

Demonstrated knowledge or experience in supporting people with injuries or disabilities , particularly individuals living with a brain injury .
