CARTERS Tauranga are seeking a Plans Administrator / Sales Support to join the team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a Plans Administrator / Sales Support you will help the wider team transform a building plan into a product that is accurately priced to specifications, and ready to build.

This role will include :

• Monitoring the shared inbox and allocating requests to the appropriate party.
• Reviewing and interpreting plans and complete requests for estimates including maintaining and updating information into the estimate management system.
• Communicating with external and internal customers regarding special requests and lead times, and communicating with suppliers as required
• Support the Account Managers with Sales Support as required
