We’re seeking a talented and forward-thinking Laboratory Technologist to drive technical excellence and provide insight across analytical testing and validation activities in a technical, non‑routine laboratory environment.

What you will do :

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving improvement and innovation across analytical testing and validation processes. Key responsibilities include :

• Provide technical testing advice to the lab and wider business (QA, manufacturing, sales and marketing, etc.)
• Lead method development, validation, and optimisation work for new and existing testing methods and equipment
• Apply your expertise in HPLC, ELISA or NIR to optimise performance and solve technical challenges
• Review and improve laboratory documentation, validation reports and SOPs
• Analyse testing and QC data to identify areas for process and instrument improvement
• Provide strategic direction on laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance and replacement planning
• Share knowledge and mentor staff to lift technical capability across the laboratory
