We are looking for a passionate 2IC to help lead our Maxima Bayfair store in beautiful Mount Maunganui on a full-time basis. You will also gain invaluable experience, by leading the team while they open their beautiful new MECCA store, in November!

Day-to-day responsibilities Ngā kawenga o ia rā :

Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience

Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team

Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role Ngā āhua o te angitu i tēnei tūranga :

Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams

A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.

Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development

Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience

If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90-days of employment will be subject to a trail period
