About the Role :
We’re looking for a proactive Business Support Partner to provide high-level executive and administrative support within a dynamic organisation. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, projects, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide executive-level administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders.
- Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate projects, business events, and key initiatives across teams.
- Streamline administrative systems, tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
- Support with research, data collection, and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
What We’re Looking For :
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern business systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs.
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or a large corporate environment (advantageous but not essential).
