As a Team Guide, you'll support the team in delivering value, facilitate meetings and workshops, manage client relationships and contribute to project planning. At Boost, we believe a great Team Guide will embody our values, uplift our team culture, and foster an environment for our high‑performing teams to thrive. Our Team Coaches are crucial to our collaborative way of working.

About You

• You easily build rapport with anyone you meet and develop strong, professional, trusting relationships with your team and clients
• You have a growth mindset
• You can sense when the energy’s dropping and lift the room, contributing to an environment where team members feel motivated and engaged
• You can sense when tension is building or a meeting is losing focus and know how to nudge it back on track
• You are committed to mastering your role and regularly seeking feedback to confirm progress and build self awareness
• You leave your team feeling trusted that things are taken care of
• You engage beyond your 'role'. You embrace responsibility, drive initiatives, improvements, and actions across the business
• You have a keen ability to anticipate the needs of the team and project, proactively addressing potential challenges before they escal​ate
• You are self‑directed, with the discernment to ask for help or collaborate when needed
• You adapt confidently to change

Whether you’ve led a team on a café floor, run community events, facilitated workshops, or just love helping groups work well together, this could be your next step. Don’t worry if you’ve never done these things in a tech or Agile setting. We’ll teach you all of that! What matters most is your instinct for people, energy, and momentum.
