The Good Doctor Medical Centre is a large custom‑built General Practice in Frankton, Hamilton. We opened the practice in October 2024 and since then have been growing rapidly due to very high patient ratings and satisfaction.

We are looking for a part‑time or full‑time Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Prescriber or a Community Prescriber at any stage of their career to join our supportive & vibrant multicultural team that currently consists of members from different cultures.

Qualifications & experience
This role would suit a Prescriber at any stage of their career looking for a part‑time or full‑time roleHold a registration as a Prescriber with the appropriate professional body (eg Nursing Council, Medical Council etc)At least 1‑2 years experience as a Prescriber, preferably in a general practice or community settingCurrent vaccinator and cervical smear taker certifications are highly desirableBe legally eligible to work in New ZealandHave an appropriate CPR certificate or be willing to get oneSound clinical and service skills enabling you to fully utilize your experienceGreat communication skillsA proactive, independent approach to careTasks & responsibilities
Work collaboratively with other Doctors, Nurses, Health Coach, Health Improvement Practitioner and support staff to deliver exceptional care in a general practice settingMaintain accurate and secure patient recordsEngage in health education and promotion activities#J-18808-Ljbffr
