About Us :

Join our Nespresso Brand Ambassador Team and become the voice of one of the world’s most recognisable coffee brands! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who excel in communication and customer education to represent Nespresso at leading retailers within New Zealand.

The Role :

Leverage your communication skills and passion for coffee to make a meaningful impact with Nespresso!

As a Nespresso Brand Ambassador, you will :

  • Communicate Effectively : Use your exceptional communication skills to engage with customers, making their shopping experience memorable.
  • Educate and Inform : Share your in-depth knowledge of Nespresso coffee machines to educate customers on their features and benefits.
  • Drive Sales : Convert engaging conversations and educational demonstrations into successful sales.
  • Promote Brand Values : Advocate for Nespresso’s brand values and promotional campaigns, enhancing customer understanding and brand loyalty.

Part of the role will also require you to undertake Merchandising Duties for stores in your area.

Example of Merchandising duties :

  • Ensure stock is ticketed
  • Arrange machines according to pricing and range
  • Maintain cleanliness of the Nespresso area
  • Note any missing parts
  • Check sample sets
  • Ensure current promotions are visible
  • Capture Photos

  • Product Knowledge : Keen interest in coffee with the ability to quickly grasp and convey detailed product information.
  • Sales Driven : Confidence in turning customer interactions into sales and brand advocacy.
  • Reliable and Independent : Dependable with a reliable mode of transport and the ability to work independently.
  • About You :

  • You possess excellent communication skills and have a knack for making complex information accessible.
  • You’re passionate about coffee and eager to share your product knowledge with customers.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are committed to providing outstanding customer service.
  • You’re available for weekend shifts and have the flexibility to cover multiple stores in Queenstown.
