Groundsman – Piling & Drilling Crew Drury Based | Work Across Auckland | Transport Provided

About the Role

You’ll support piling and drilling operations on various sites across Auckland — helping set up work areas, assisting drill rig operators, spotting for cranes, and maintaining a safe and tidy site. This is a hands‑on, outdoor role where every day is different.

Location & Transport

Drury yard base; Work on sites across Auckland. Transport provided from Drury to site for reliable workers.

Ideal Candidate

Experience around piling drill rigs and cranes OR civil labouring experience, WTR endorsement + Full NZ Drivers Licence, Experience operating diggers, physically fit and keen to get stuck in.

Safety‑focused with a solid work ethic.

Reliable, punctual and a good team player.

Requirements

• Must pass a pre‑employment drug & alcohol test.
• Must have the right to work in New Zealand.
• Site Safe, Riggers & Slinging Ticket beneficial.
• Working at heights beneficial.
