The role ensures jobs are completed on time, safely, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining quality standards and fostering positive working relationships across all stakeholders.
The role will coordinate and manage a variety of works including (but not limited to) large works, packages of smaller works, singular works, high / low value works, quotable works, etc. If your mantra aligns with "no jobs too big or too small" and you are hands on, then you will enjoy the variety in this role.
Day‑to‑day you will be involved in ensuring programme, health & safety and quality objectives are met while managing resources including staff, plant, suppliers, subcontractors, and materials, together with identifying and managing project risks to deliver projects on time and within budget.
You will work closely with the site management team to support the operational delivery of both projects and maintenance requirements.
