As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and organised Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our Christchurch team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, this varied role supports the delivery of Vynco’s sales and marketing strategy. You’ll coordinate marketing activity, assist with product releases, and support our sales team with communications, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing creative marketing work with structured planning, reporting, and coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development and implementation of sales campaigns and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Track and analyse market trends and customer data to identify sales opportunities
• Assist in planning and reporting on new product release milestones and outcomes
• Coordinate company communication across social media, website, newsletters and EDMs
• Create and proof content for campaigns, advertising, brochures and digital platforms
• Support the management of Vynco’s brand presence, merchandising, and trade show materials
• Help maintain pricing information, price books and promotional content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product development
