Store Manager - Macpac Hamilton CBD

Macpac Hamilton is seeking a mature and motivated Store Manager to lead our small, close-knit team in the Hamilton CBD Mall. As a hands-on people leader, you’ll bring strong apparel retail experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage POS operations and stock control with precision. You’ll thrive in a smaller store environment, working independently and driving team engagement and performance. This role suits someone who gets things done, leads by example, and fosters a positive team culture. Preferred roster is Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday—we’re open to flexibility for the right candidate.

• Full-time permanent on-going role, based at Hamilton
• 7-day rotating roster, shared with the Assistant Store Manager.
