Tangowahine School is a beautiful small rural full primary (Y0–8) situated in the heart of Northland. We pride ourselves on our inclusive, supportive culture and our focus on authentic, hands-on learning experiences. Our students thrive in small classes that foster creativity, confidence, and connection to our local environment and community. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our team in term 1 2026. Our school caters for students in Y0–8 and offers opportunities to design rich, localised learning experiences. You’ll work collaboratively within a small, supportive staff team and contribute to our positive, inclusive school culture.

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher

English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts
