We are looking for an inspiring and innovative team leader to start term 1,

• who is prepared to embrace challenges and drive positive change.

This permanent leadership opportunity would be suited to both emerging and experienced leaders who want to contribute to the educational success of our diverse learners.

The successful applicant will excel in open and honest communication, while also demonstrating the ability to be highly well-informed decisions, and empower learners and their team of around 6 teachers.

They will have experience working collaboratively and have a commitment to build relationships in a way that enhances the mana of others.

They will support our supportive, respectful, school culture that is committed to continuous learning and growth.

The successful candidate will have an appreciation for the Y3–4 age phase and will seek to develop engagement, creativity and fun for the students.

This role is a teaching position with weekly release, working with a forward thinking middle leadership team as well as a learning support team and senior leaders.

The successful applicant will have worked in a New Zealand primary school and be fully registered.
