What you will do

Diagnose performance, focus on what moves the numbers

Coach owners and teams, drive execution, measure outcomes

Build and maintain a small, high-quality client portfolio

Apply your experience and capability with Prime’s team, tools, and support network to deliver consistently

You'll need at least one of the following :

• 10+ years in management
• Ownership of a successful SME
• Coaching or consulting experience with SMEs
• A credible Canterbury network and the ability to open doors
