How you’ll make a difference

As our Finance, Operations and Governance Lead, you’ll be at the centre of our organisational engine, balancing accuracy with agility. You’ll lead financial operations, ensure strong governance processes, and keep our systems running smoothly so that our strategic goals can take flight.

• Oversee day‑to‑day finance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Support the Board and GM with governance processes, meetings, board packs, audits, and compliance.
• Manage key projects such as policy development, process improvement, and systems implementation.
• Coordinate grant lifecycle administration and ensure financial and operational integrity across all investments.
• Lead the documentation of “the AGMARDT way” by capturing and streamlining our core processes.

Your work will empower the GM and Programme Delivery Lead to focus on strategy and impact, making you a vital contributor to AGMARDT’s next chapter. The role is ~0.6 ‑ 0.8 FTE.
