• Lead and Inspire : Set the vision and strategy for Quality & Food Safety, championing a culture of “Safety First, Quality Always” across our Specialised Nutrition and Dairy categories.
• Drive Transformation : Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver ambitious business objectives, launch new products, and expand into new markets.
• Be a Trusted Partner : Represent Danone with regulatory authorities, key customers, and external partners throughout the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring our standards are recognized as best-in-class.
• Foster a High-Performance Team : Build, mentor, and empower a diverse team of quality professionals, nurturing talent and driving continuous improvement.
