The opportunity

As a Senior Leader, you will lead the organisation’s technology operations and digital strategy across multiple sites. With four direct reports, you will oversee infrastructure, systems, data integrity, and cybersecurity, ensuring technology is a trusted enabler of high-quality, connected care.

This is a hands‑on and strategic role that blends operational leadership with future-focused planning. You’ll champion digital innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centred solutions that enhance both staff and client experience.

Skills and experience

We’re looking for a collaborative, forward-thinking leader who brings both technical expertise and strong interpersonal capability.

• 5+ years’ IT management experience across multi‑site or dispersed organisations
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience managing budgets and reporting at Board level
• Strength in team leadership, mentoring, and developing capability
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem‑solving ability
• Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commitment to culturally responsive practice
• Experience within the health, social, or public service sectors
• Familiarity with systems such as Workday and iPlanit (desirable)
