Retail Assistant (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Executing consumer and sales promotion campaigns to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
• Providing a high level of service to customers and building rapport with floor sales staff of assigned outlet.
• Increasing sell-through through product demonstrations.
• Monitoring stock closely, promptly ordering and clearing slow-moving stock.
• Attending to walk-in customers’ queries and selling Canon range of products.
• Providing support to major show / training programs / seminars as assigned.
• Providing market intelligence and prompt feedback on competitor activities, promotions and price changes.
• Submitting all sales incentives and time sheets on time.
• Handling customer complaints and requests.
• Ensuring in-store displays are up to date and comply with company direction and brand guidelines.
• Coordinating display space allocation and support with the outlet.
• Maintaining cleanliness of displays and surrounding space.
