Job descriptionHunt out new partnership opportunities in the commercial property sector across the region. Pitch and close high-value deals, with deal values ranging from $250k to over $1m. Manage a dynamic pipeline of opportunities to drive each deal from start to finish. Showcase our unique partnership proposition to your network of B2B connections. Source and secure ambitious partners who can help drive our rapid growth. Background in strategic partnerships, commercial property, site acquisitions, or similar (sales and business development). Tenacious, results-driven, and proven track record of closing high-value deals. Strong business and financial acumen. Passionate about working in a high-growth sector and playing a key role in disrupting the commercial real estate industry. Outstanding communication skills and ability to present a compelling narrative to diverse audiences. Can-do mindset with passion, curiosity, pride, and a strong sense of ownership.
