• About the Role
• Wairarapa Adult Health Services have a vacancy for an Administration Officer.This role will focus on undertaking general reception and administration duties, working with Mental Health staff to provide, develop and maintain administration systems and ensure regular liaison and updates regarding administration systems to management and clinical staff.
• About You
• The successful applicant for this role will have front line reception experience or customer service experience, poses a friendly and welcoming personality, can use initiative, has experience in database entry, proven ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.This is a fixed term (1 year) part time position working 40 hours per fortnight (0.5 FTE). The successful applicatant must be able to work Wednesdays 0800 to 1630 hours. Other hours are negotiable within working hours. It would also be an advantage if you were able to provide leave cover on other days / hours if required.
