ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Automation QA Engineer who combines strong technical expertise in automation testing with proven leadership skills. You’ll act as the bridge between engineering and QA teams, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.

You’ll have hands‑on experience with C#, Selenium , and ideally K6as well as performance testing, and you’ll be comfortable translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for‑technical stakeholders. Your background includes leading QA engineering and development initiatives, delivering robust automation frameworks, and showcasing measurable success.

DUTIES

• Design and deliver advanced Automation, Performance, and API Testing solutions.
• Guide QA teams toward best practices for end‑to‑end automation.
• Support immediate project and sprint objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to build capability and confidence.
• Ensure non‑functional requirements (resilience, availability, reusability, performance) are clearly defined and understood.
• Document and communicate architectural decisions and trade‑offs, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Deep understanding of automation QA principles, tools, and methodologies (in particular with LoadRunner, C#, Selenium, Azure Services, TDD, BDD).
• Strong knowledge of CI / CD , security, and automation frameworks.
• Expertise in API and data integration testing .
• Solid understanding of the MS techs ideallywith .NET Framework, .NET Standard.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across business, architecture, and technology teams.
