We are looking for a customer service superstar and commercially savvy Assistant Store Manager to assist in overseeing the day-to-day running of the TANK store in Cuba Street Wellington.

Required Availability

You must have eligibility to work in NZ and be available to work flexibly Monday to Thursday + Saturday.

About the job

As Assistant Store Manager, you work well under pressure, have the ability to work side‑by‑side with the Store Manager to become the trusted 2IC and you are confident to lead the team while the Store Manager is away.

About you

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• You have strong communication skills
• You are passionate about customer service - you love talking to people!
• You pride yourself on your work ethic, working well independently and in a team.
• Previous management experience working in a cafe, restaurant, or food service business, or a fast‑paced retail environment
• In store training that'll have you blending like a pro
