NZ Post – Customer Service Officer (Part Time)

Location : 54 Sixth Avenue, Tauranga (Tauranga Box Lobby)

Pay : $27.51 per hour.

Job Type : Part time, On call. Be available Monday to Friday 06 : 00‑17 : 15 and Saturday 06 : 00‑12 : 30.

Day to day duties

Interact with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
Sort and organise parcels (some heavy lifting).

About you

To be successful you will ideally have a background in customer service, retail, or mail / parcel sorting.

What we need from you

Proven experience in customer-facing roles.

Availability to work as and when required.

Reliable transport to get to work on time.

Problem‑solving skills – think on the fly and find best outcomes.

Administration and data entry skills.

Confidence interacting with people from all backgrounds – face to face, phone and email.
