Topcoat Specialist Coatings (South Island) Ltd is a leader in the application of industrial specialist coatings – including epoxy floor coatings, resin toppings, waterproofing systems, intumescent coatings, and concrete repairs. With over 30 years’ experience, Topcoat is well-established working across a diverse range of industries across New Zealand.

The Role

As the Christchurch Branch Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence by overseeing the branch’s day-to-day operations. From managing staff and workflow to ensuring client satisfaction and branch profitability, you’ll lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor branch team to meet performance and productivity targets.
• Oversee financial performance including budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other branches and management to drive continuous improvement.
• Meet quarterly branch goals and KPIs.
• Assist with maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
