About the Role

Varcoe Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps is looking for a motivated, hands-on person to join our Auckland team as a Heat Pump Filter Cleaner.

You'll be out on the road visiting homes and businesses across Auckland, servicing and deep-cleaning heat pump units.

What We're Looking For

Able to drive a manual vehicle (company vehicle provided)

Full NZ driver's licence

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Friendly, tidy, and customer-focused

A "can-do" attitude with practical problem-solving skills

No prior experience needed — full training provided

Must have basic hand tools

Full-time : Monday–Friday, 8am–4 : 30pm

Pay : Minimum wage to start, with room to grow as your skills do
