The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead the full scope of site operations at Onelink in our Sir Keith Park location at Mangere, Auckland.

Reporting directly to the Client Operations Manager, you will be leading a high-performing team with clear priorities, maintains safey and compliance standards, and drive continuous improvement through process analysis.

What you will do :

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring service levels and labour cost targets are met;
• Lead a high-performing team with clear objectives and priorities;
• Uphold safety and compliance standards across the site;
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis and process enhancement;
• Provide timely and quality feedback to the Client Operations Manager to support customer supply and stakeholder engagement.
