Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing the customer base, securing new commercial clients and managing key business relationships for Mana Group Holdings Limited. The role includes managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating service agreements and supporting operational teams. The position also includes some courier driving when required to support customer service and operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

• ? Identify and secure new customers for courier, transport and logistics services
• ? Manage a sales pipeline including prospecting, lead follow up and closing opportunities
• ? Prepare proposals, customer quotes and service plans
• ? Manage key business accounts including regular communication and relationship development
• ? Conduct customer meetings, site visits and presentations
• ? Support courier operations by completing courier runs when required
• ? Maintain accurate CRM records and customer follow ups
• ? Monitor account performance and address service issues with the operations team
• ? Provide weekly updates to senior management on customer activity and business growth
• ? Assist in developing regional growth strategies and customer service improvements
• ? Support marketing, promotions and customer onboarding projects
