The Role
Your key focus will be providing high‑quality administrative and coordination support across all activities. Day‑to‑day responsibilities will include :
- Maintaining various programmes calendars / schedules
- Preparing and formatting monthly and quarterly reports for senior management and the Board
- Coordinating internal file reviews, audits and remediation tracking
- Managing document control – updating policies, procedures, training materials and process templates
- Handling incoming complaints, privacy queries and dispute resolution administration
- Arranging training sessions, recording attendance and maintaining training records
- Supporting renewals and professional development tracking
- General administration including contract filing, supplier due diligence checklists and minute‑taking for the Health & Safety Committee
- Assisting with Business Continuity Plan updates and monitoring of cloud‑based software tools
Your Profile
2+ years of administration experiencePrevious exposure to financial services, legal or professional services environmentsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Word, Excel and Outlook) and confidence learning new systems quicklyExceptional attention to detail and a natural ability to organise information and tasksStrong written and verbal communication, you'll be preparing reports and corresponding with regulators and advisersA proactive, "can‑do" attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environmentFull New Zealand working rights (citizen, resident or valid work visa)Ready for your next challenge?
