With exponential growth plans over the next 18 months, they're ready for someone who can bring structure, accuracy, and confidence to their finance and admin function.

If you're hands-on, commercially sharp, and love having real ownership rather than being another cog in a giant corporate machine, this role will feel like home.

Duties of the Role :

You'll be the in-house finance lead, managing core business functions and keeping everything running smoothly.

Finance & Reporting

• Deliver end-of-month financials
• Manage cashflow, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls
• Oversee PAYE / GST documentation (outsourced lodgement for now)
• Ensure accurate coding, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Work with the GM & Directors on financial visibility and planning

Admin & Operations

• Lead a junior admin doing data entry and general support
• Maintain customer / supplier accounts
• Oversee day-to-day business admin and documentation
• Improve processes as the business scales

Light IT Support

• Basic PC setup, telecom liaison, troubleshooting
• Maintain TMS (Navare) including sales rates, account setups, and updates
• Support website / tech needs as required

What is needed from you for us to say "YES!"

• Strong experience using Xero
• Ability to produce clear cashflow reports, budgets & monthly summaries
• Practical understanding of NZ business compliance (PAYE, GST, payroll cycles)
• Confident, assertive communication style — not easily influenced
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• (Desirable) transport / logistics experience or TMS background
