Lecturer in Social Work Hawke's Bay and / or Tairāwhiti

Fixed-term full time role to teach in the Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) programmes, as well as other courses within the School of Education and Social Sciences. This role also involves engaging in research and contributing to academic excellence.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $84,793 and $89,639 , dependent on skills and experience.

The Lecturer is based in our Te Kura Kaupapa, Mātauranga, Pāpori me te Whare Tiaki Kararehe team at the Hawke's Bay and / or Tairāwhiti Campus , reporting to the Head of School . The main responsibilities include :

• Designing and delivering curriculum aligned with Academic Board requirements.
• Facilitating student learning using innovative, flexible, and culturally responsive teaching strategies.
• Undertaking assessment, evaluation, and moderation processes.
• Contributing to research and scholarly activities that meet PBRF requirements.
• Supporting student wellbeing and liaising with student support services.
