As part of our digital transformation, we are seeking a skilled ICT Project Manager to lead the development of our next-generation logistics technology platform.

Job Overview :

The ICT Project Manager will oversee the planning, development, integration, and testing of a centralised, AI-enabled logistics platform. This role ensures seamless alignment across freight management, warehousing, customs, customer communication, and last-mile delivery operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with global vendors, and deliver secure, scalable, high-quality solutions that support the company’s long-term strategic growth.

This position requires strong project leadership, technical understanding of logistics systems, and the ability to drive innovation through automation and AI technologies.

Job Description :

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

1. ICT System Development & Integration

• Lead the end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of an integrated ICT platform, including CRM, customer communication, and ticketing systems.
• Oversee system integration across freight, warehousing, inventory, delivery management, and customs processing systems.
• Manage digital mapping, real-time logistics tracking, and automation of customs clearance workflows.
• Work closely with internal teams and external software vendors to ensure compatibility, process automation, and system scalability.
