Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Management Assistant Officer to join our Career Services team at NUS Law. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our students' career development journeys from administering the compulsory internship programme to coordinating events and liaising with students and employers.

Key Responsibilities

• Internship Programme Operations & Administration : Carry out established internship programme processes, including the preparation and handling of documentation / records, and student submissions.
• Monitor and follow up on key internship milestones, ensuring students and employers complete required steps in a timely manner.
• Assist in the use and upkeep of internship-related digital tools and platforms, including managing routine updates, records, and user queries.
• Collaborate with colleagues to review and refine suitable digital tools / platforms that streamline student, employer, and institutional workflows.
• Compile and maintain accurate internship data to support tracking, analysis, and reporting needs.
• Provide logistical and operational support for internship briefings, information sessions, and related communications.
