• About the Role
• You will be at the heart of our patient journey, helping manage referrals and coordinate inpatient and outpatient appointments for those across the Counties Manukau region, and provide general administrative support within our Medicine Services. As a key point of contact, you will liaise with staff, patients, and their whānau, making sure everyone has the information and support they need, whether its over the phone or in writing.We currently have two part-time, 12-month fixed-term positions available, working Monday to Friday.

• 20 hours per week
• 4375 FTE
• 17.5 hours per week
