What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Provide customer support to various user types across multiple verticals via email and live messaging
  • Maintain productivity standards while ensuring high attention to detail and customer satisfaction
  • Solve tickets weekly and respond to standard inquiries within agreed service level times
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, cross-vertical operational teams, and Sales
  • Act as the primary voice and ear for users, advocating for their needs
  • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing the customer journey
  • Solid experience in Customer Support or Customer Enablement, particularly in a tech environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage customer interactions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a patient and kind demeanor
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Experience working remotely or in a fast-growing organization
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Healthcare, and / or Pension systems
