NHS Grampian Wheelchair Service is based in Aberdeen and supports the wheelchair and special seating needs of around 9000 adult and paediatric service users in Aberdeenshire, Moray, Orkney and Shetland.
We have an excellent opportunity for a stores person to join our dedicated team of clerical, technical and clinical staff. The role is central to the daily running of the wheelchair service involving processing of equipment orders, contacting suppliers, taking delivery of equipment and storing it ready for delivery by technicians and clinical staff. You may also be required to occasionally support basic repairs to wheelchairs and driving service vehicles across the region to complete deliveries.
Good team working, organisation and communication skills are essential attributes. Experience of working in stores is an advantage, and training will be provided on local systems and processes but proven practical and IT skills must be demonstrable.
The region offers fantastic opportunities for outdoor leisure activities including coastal and mountain based pursuits.
Interviews are currently scheduled for Tuesday 16th December 2025.
Informal enquiries are encouraged, and should be directed to Sandy Simpson, Workshop Supervisor :
