We are on the lookout for a passionate  Registered Nurse  to join our National Clinical Services team. This  remote working  role will enable us to continue providing top quality services and provide best of life care to our residents.

The key purpose of the this remote Registered Nurse role is to provide online / video and phone remote clinical support to facility employees (primarily Caregivers or Registered Nurses).  The role will be a part time role including weekend shifts.

About our role :

As a registered nurse in the NCS team you will provide remote clinical escalation pathways for villages including evidenced based and best practice clinical reviews, clinical teaching, and management of incidents, risks and events.

Some of your responsibilities will include :

Provide timely, high qaulity recomendations grounded in evidence based practise

Effectively communicates assessment findings and provides advice to the in-centre team

Provides input into a resident care plans in collaboration with the in-centre team.

Coaching to the targeted care team members in order to provide high qaulity management

Use technology, including Microsoft Teams and electronic resident management systems confidently

About you :

To be successful in this role, you will have the following :

New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate.

Minimum three years’ experience in settings relevant to older people and aged residential care.

Be available to work on a rostered and rotating shift pattern (including mornings, afternoon and weekends
