About the Role

The Night Shift Team Leader is an integral member of the Warehouse team with management responsibilities for a high-performing team and team culture.

As the night shift Team Leader, your primary role is to ensure our finished goods are dispatched in a cost effective and timely manner to our customers.

The shift pattern for this roles is : Saturday to Tuesday (night shifts) 42 hours per week over 3.5 days

Shift times : Saturday, Sunday and Monday - 7.00pm - 7.15am , Tuesday - 7.00pm - 2.15am

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Shift team to ensure that resources are correctly allocated to deliver on Key Performance.

Key measures include DIFOT, Accuracy, pick rates, and write off's
