Legal Administrator - Property

We're on the lookout for an experienced Legal Administrator to join a busy and high-performing Property Law team in Auckland's CBD.

This is a temporary role working full time hours for 5–6 weeks, supporting the team during a peak period.

What you'll be doing :

Providing top-tier admin support to a team of experienced property lawyers

Drafting, formatting, and managing legal documents related to property transactions

Liaising with clients, banks, and other external parties

Managing file systems, correspondence, and general office tasks with efficiency and accuracy

To be successful, you'll need :

Prior experience in a Legal Admin role

A strong understanding of property law terminology and documentation

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Confidence to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, professional environment
