About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Concrete Business Team nationally. This senior leadership role based in Auckland will manage a technical sales team and take full ownership of sales strategy, market development & promotional activities for our concrete product range.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the Concrete Business Team to achieve sales targets
• Developing and implementing promotional strategies for Sika’s concrete solutions
• Working closely with concrete and mining industry stakeholders to identify opportunities and tailor solutions for their unique requirements
• Providing clear direction, coaching, and performance reviews for your team
• Working closely with other business sales teams to share insights and drive innovation
• Monitoring budgets, stock levels, and credit control in partnership with internal teams
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Qualifications

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership experience & a proven track record in sales within the concrete industry. Exposure to mining projects or clients will be highly regarded.
