At Kiwibank we are building a new generation of banking services and capabilities to support our customers, as part of our core migration. As a result, we are scaling our Transformation Team on our Core Program and we're looking for a Business Transformation Lead to join our program.

In this role you will report to the Senior Business Transformation Lead and be a key member of the Product and Pricing workstream focussing on delivering Product and Pricing capabilities. You will play an important role in the implementation of product catalogues and pricing (e.g. interest rates and fees) repositories, in addition to other capabilities in our Transformation roadmap. You will support Business Analysts with the development of requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. You will work closely with delivery squads to ensure that business value, uplift capabilities and stakeholder feedback is translated into what we build.

Our success as a program relies on ensuring that our senior leadership is confident of our ability to deliver and embed the change with our teams and customers. This means that you'll work closely with our stakeholders in key meetings and working groups and connect business teams into the program to ensure a wide range of customer and business needs are always at the forefront of decisions.

You will provide subject matter expertise and guidance, ideally using your banking expertise, as a part of the cross‑functional team as we deliver technology and business change.

• Experience working as part of a cross‑functional delivery team i.e., larger‑scale transformation delivery programmes encompassing both technology and business change.
• Experience guiding Business Analysts in the development of requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• A strong mix of business expertise across a range of banking disciplines (e.g. product, distribution, operations, risks etc), ideally working with banking products and pricing constructs.
• Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to build effective and trusting relationships and be able to work collaboratively with people internally (and externally where required).
• Commercially astute, resilient, and adaptable with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to clearly communicate and work collaboratively in a fast paced and complex environment.

Optional skills (nice to have) :

• Experience working with banking products and pricing constructs (e.g. fees and interest rate).
