About the role

Exciting opportunity to be part of the launch-team for our new CARTERS Wanaka branch opening in the new year. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our showroom trade counter where you will provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers in a timely, professional, and safe manner. This is a fast-paced role where your adaptability and versatility will be key to our branch to :

  • Identify the right products quickly and efficiently, serving customers at the counter, assisting on the shop floor and processing sales documentation.
  • Providing sales support, answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries regarding customer orders and deliveries while liasing with suppliers.
  • Maintain a seamless store experience by accurately processing sales refunds, maintaining high levels of showroom standards, and displaying 100% accuracy to ensure the correct account and product is charged.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to outstanding customer service and support and have the following skills and qualities :

  • A team player with the right attitude.
  • A real people person with a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience working in customer service.
  • Building industry knowledge is advantageous.
