Senior leadership role within Switched On Group's Digital Team.

Acting as a key bridge between the Digital team and the wider business, this role translates the Digital Roadmap into tangible results.

Lead high-performing team to design and implement digital initiatives, foster strong relationships across the organisation and drive business transformation and innovation.

Part of Digital Leadership team shaping an engaging high-performance culture where people and technology thrive together.

Key responsibilities

Aligning digital activities with business needs and the future vision of the Group.

Leading the delivery of digital initiatives and ensuring they align with business objectives.

Building trusted relationships with stakeholders to influence and champion digital change.

Driving adoption of digital tools, processes, and transformation initiatives.

Championing innovation and exploring next-generation digital capabilities.

Requirements

Proven experience in senior digital leadership, ideally in transformation or partnership roles.

Strong strategic and tactical thinking with a track record of delivering digital initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders.

Deep understanding of ERP-level digital ecosystems, integration platforms, data models, and change management.

Relevant qualifications or extensive experience in IT, software development, or digital services management (Salesforce knowledge desirable).

Proven experience in enterprise wide solutions architecture.
