The Role

• Advise on commercial property deals including acquisitions, disposals and leasing.
• Run due diligence, financing and structuring matters.
• Draft and negotiate agreements, leases, easements and other contracts.
• Manage subdivisions and development projects.
• Advise on unit titles, cross leases and land covenants.
• Work closely with clients including investors, developers and landlords.
• Collaborate with other teams across construction and commercial projects.
