Buffet Host

As a Buffet Host, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer service and guest satisfaction within the Stratosfare Restaurant. This will consist of setting up, replenishing or cleaning the buffet for the dinner and lunch sittings and may include assisting in the Kitchen with preparation of food.

The ideal candidate will bring / be :

• previous experience in hospitality or buffet setting is preferred,
• a strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness,
• the ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
• a team player with excellent communication skills,
• flexible to assist in various tasks within the buffet operation.
