About the Role We are seeking a National Business Resilience Manager to lead the development and implementation of NZBS's Business Continuity Management, Emergency Management, and Disaster Recovery frameworks .
This critical role ensures NZBS can maintain essential services during disruptions and recover swiftly, safeguarding donor and patient trust and supporting national health resilience.
As a key advisor and influencer, you will : Champion Business Continuity across NZBS, aligning with ISO
Lead organisation-wide risk and impact analyses, identifying critical processes and recovery objectives.
Design and implement continuity strategies, emergency response frameworks, and resilience solutions.
Drive a culture of resilience through training, mentoring, and capability building.
Oversee continuous improvement through exercises, audits, and post-incident reviews.
Your Profile To be successful in this unique opportunity you will have : 7+ years' experience in business continuity, risk management, or emergency planning within a complex, regulated environment.
Proven ability to develop and deliver continuity frameworks in critical service settings.
Strong knowledge of ISO
Skilled in Business Impact Analysis, recovery strategy design, and emergency response management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Certification or Membership of the Business Continuity Institute or equivalent certification and / or experience in health services, logistics, or critical infrastructure is desirable.
