Ka Puta Ka Ora Emerge Aotearoa is a national provider of mental health, addiction, disability, offender rehabilitation, wellbeing and housing services. Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence-based, intensive, and short-term treatment model that empowers whānau to reduce youth offending, improve school attendance, and support at risk rangatahi to remain with their whānau.
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify ecological strengths and challenges.
- Developing treatment plans and interventions grounded in MST principles.
- Partnering with whānau and key stakeholders to address barriers and ensure safety plans are in place.
- Provide on-call support to MST clients as part of a collaborative team approach.
- Engaging in regular supervision and professional development to ensure high-quality service delivery.
The salary offered for this role is $86,202.35 - $102,000.00 per annum (placement within this band is based on qualifications and experience).
To thrive in this role, you will have :
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or a related field, along with relevant clinical training.
- Current registration with a professional body such as SWRB, NZPB, Occupational Therapy NZ, NZ Medical Council, NZAC or DAPAANZ.
- Proficiency in applying family systems theory, CBT, and other behaviourally based approaches.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse groups.
- A full New Zealand driver's licence.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
